Partnership and Cooperation

YOUTH ENTREPRENEURIAL ATTITUDES SUPPORT PROJECT is a cooperation project funded by the Programme Erasmus + and co-created by a partnership involving 2 organizations from Poland Spain.

CONTEXT

The strategic partnership has been established to transfer knowledge, exchange good practices, review the competence framework for competence development and internationalize activities in the dimension of education for youth entrepreneurship.


The project responds to the institutional needs of the partners by contributing to the quality of the work and practice of the partners involved and opening up to new actors and values.


It supports capacity building of partner organisations for international and cross-sectoral work and builds capacity and a culture of positive change for improvement in the organisational dimensions of the partners and the individual participants of the project.

OBJECTIVES

The main objective of the project is to support the process of shaping and strengthening entrepreneurial attitudes of young people by developing, testing and making available for general use the Youth Entrepreneurial Attitudes Support Model (YEAS).

Specific aims and outcomes of the project:

  • Critical insight and analysis of the European Competence Framework in terms of definition, valorisation, recognition and promotion of entrepreneurial attitudes
  • Development and dissemination of a conceptual model for assessing, shaping and fostering entrepreneurial mindsets
  • Increase knowledge, awareness and skills of educators on practices, initiatives and tools to support entrepreneurial attitudes
  • Increase in the substantive capacity of partnering organisations and internationalisation of activities through joint planning and implementation of the project,
  • Development of international partnerships and networking through implemented project activities

APPROACH

The project activities include the revision and internationalization of the European Competence Framework EntreComp by developing an universal, innovative and integrated YEAS methodological approach enhancing the entrepreneurial mindsets of young people in 4 dimensions: SELF-CONTROL; MOTIVATION; INVENTION; INITIATIVE. The purpose of the model is to strengthen young people’s positive perceptions, predispositions and attitudes towards acting in an entrepreneurial way.


The implementation of the project will enhance the quality of youth work and entrepreneurship education through the innovative YEAS conceptual model, which will equip youth workers and educators with new didactic approaches, methods and tools to support and encourage young people to display entrepreneurial attitudes and behaviors.

PROJECT PARTNERS

EFORT Foundation – the Polish NGO with over 17 years of experience in EU projects’ creation, implementation and evaluation. We have a solid experience record within the multiple forms of international cooperation on the issues of local development and public governance.

In recent years, the main focus of our activity has shifted towards facilitating and supporting the implementation of international cooperation projects in the framework of education and competence development.


TRIBEKA TRAINING LAB S.L.U. is a Spanish training agency located in Malaga (Andalusia), that organises, implements and promotes educational programmes and internships to enhance professional possibilities and cultural awareness of European students, teaching staff, unemployed, young workers and organisations.

Tribeka was established in 2015 to answer the growing demand for high quality vocational training and professional development opportunities in Spain.
