The aim of the international mobility is to strengthen the competences of educators and youth workers by transferring knowledge about the YEAS Model and testing the applicability of the methodology developed within the project to assess and support entrepreneurial attitudes among young people.

Training Activity in Malaga, Spain (March 13-16, 2024)
1. Introduction
The Youth Entrepreneurial Attitudes Support (YEAS) Project, a collaborative initiative between the EFORT Foundation of Poland and TRIBELKA Training Lab of Spain, conducted a crucial four-day training activity in Malaga, Spain, from March 13th to 16th, 2024. This report summarizes the training activity, its objectives, methodology, and outcomes.
2. Project Overview
The YEAS Project aimed to support and strengthen entrepreneurial attitudes among young people through the development, testing, and dissemination of the Youth Entrepreneurial Attitudes Support Model. This innovative approach was designed to enhance the quality of youth work and entrepreneurship education by providing educators with new didactic methods and tools.
3. Training Activity Outline
3.1 Objectives
The primary objective of the training was to transfer knowledge on strengthening entrepreneurial attitudes among young people using the YEAS conceptual model. The activity brought together eight youth workers and educators from Poland and Spain, fostering an environment of international collaboration and knowledge exchange.
3.2 Methodology
The training employed an interactive and participatory approach, emphasizing hands-on learning experiences. The methodology included:

Day 1: SELF-CONTROL
On the first day, participants explored the concept and importance of self-esteem. The sessions focused on:

- Building self-confidence and promoting personal development
