Project Closure Meeting

On June 27-28, 2024, we summarized our Project with a closure meeting in Kleosin, Poland. The meeting focused on analyzing key project outcomes, assessing overall performance, and discussing future prospects.

During the two-day event, participants engaged in comprehensive discussions about the project’s intellectual outputs, including the YEAS methodical guide and accompanying toolbox. These resources were developed to provide educators with new didactic approaches, methods, and tools to foster entrepreneurial attitudes and behaviors in young people.

The closure meeting also addressed the final report, experiences, and lessons learned throughout the project’s duration. Participants shared insights gained from various project activities, including the international course for educators held in Spain and local dissemination workshops conducted in both Poland and Spain.

A significant portion of the meeting was dedicated to exploring ways to disseminate the project results beyond its completion. The partners discussed strategies to ensure the YEAS model continues to impact youth work and entrepreneurship education positively.

Looking ahead, the meeting concluded with a forward-thinking session on the prospects for continued collaboration between the EFORT Foundation and TRIBEKA Training Lab. The partners explored potential ways for expanding their cooperation beyond the scope of the YEAS Project, building on the strong foundation established during this initiative. To this end, the partners met with representatives of the Bialystok-based ‘Association of 100th Anniversary Women’, which intends to implement projects under the Erasmus+ initiative and is interested in using the results of our project.

The successful closure of the YEAS Project marks a significant milestone in enhancing youth entrepreneurship support across Poland and Spain, with the potential for broader European impact in the future.
