Publication of the “Youth Entrepreneurial Attitude Support (YEAS) Toolkit.”

The developed toolkit of the YEAS Entrepreneurial Mindset Support Model provides a comprehensive framework for teachers, youth workers and trainers to develop key entrepreneurial competencies at a young age.

The main features of the YEAS Toolkit include:

  • Four blocks (modules) covering self-control, motivation, invention and initiative
  • Alignment with EntreComp’s European framework for entrepreneurial competencies
  • Detailed learning objectives, outcomes and progression models
  • A variety of teaching methods and practical exercises
  • Evaluation techniques and suggestions for program continuation

The YEAS Toolkit takes a holistic approach to teaching entrepreneurship, viewing it not just as a set of business skills, but as a set of attitudes and competencies applicable to many areas of life and work. It aims to enable young people to develop motivation, enhance creative thinking, improve decision-making skills, and build confidence and initiative.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the resource can be used in formal, informal and non-formal educational settings. The modular structure allows for adaptation to different program lengths and specific educational needs. Each module includes detailed training sheets with learning objectives, expected learning outcomes, practical exercises and assessment methods. The Toolbox is based on EntreComp’s European Entrepreneurship Framework and focuses on developing key attitudes such as perseverance, creativity or proactivity.
